Bonjour/Hi!
We are Julien & Eve, two French-speaking Canadians currently living in Montréal. We’ve been working together for 15 years on various types of projects. You’ll find all the info about some of our past clients, exhibitions, talks, and other bananas by scrolling down this page…

MANIFESTO
Ever since we met, we shared a common interest in looking at everyday objects, or random life situations and twisting them in ways that make reality more fun. Or at least less expected. In other words, we like to view our surroundings as giant playgrounds.
That’s something we enjoy doing in our work, too. We tend to create unrealistic situations and places for our characters through various mediums such as video or installation into space, so they must adapt and behave in unusual ways. Which we think is fun.
We like this approach as it allows your brain to make connections where logic might stop it from doing so. Let’s face it, our society is structured around common sense and rationality. We use the opportunity that our profession allows us to look at things from another angle.
Does this idea resonate with you? If so, let’s make something together!
WHAT WE DO
Humm…Different things. Since we began directing commercials in 2008, we have worked with a variety of clients such as Apple, Google, Hermès, and Samsung. We directed some music videos including Daisies for Katy Perry (ranked top 10 music videos by Creative Reviews in 2020 wtf?!). At UQAM, we taught a course about design & experimentation, and continue to conduct condensed workshops in other countries based on the same creative approach.
We give talks at different festivals. This is something we love because of the opportunity it provides to reflect on what you’ve done, and where you want to go in the future.
